This is a very cruel and heartbreaking event. The picture from 1864 shows two iconic African American slaves undergoing the punishment of "mosquito torture." They have been stripped naked and tightly chained to a tree, while numerous mosquitoes in the forest relentlessly bite them, enjoying this rare feast until they are drained of blood. Several days later, the heads of the two slaves are hanging down, breathless, having been scratched to death.
From the 15th century onward, the slave trade lasted for nearly four hundred years, during which over one hundred million black people died at the hands of slave traders and plantation owners. May the world be free from war and enslavement, and may there be peace.

Total of 250 million lives lost from combined effects of two world wars and slavery and bubonic plague or Black death. Nuclear war will kill more than half of today's world population which translates to 4 billion people and it will not last up to 1 year. So stop spreading or escalation of conflicts because no one knows who will be victim of war. Covid 19 killed more than 7milkion lives in 4years period . Nuclear war is avoidable and preventable if we care about our environment and our lives. However it is already at the fringes if we continue the ugly trend of starting conflicts and escalating the..
