Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori were told to "go live in a cave" after fans spotted an "unsanitary" detail in one of their latest controversial outings.

Bianca left little to the imagination as she stepped out in another nearly-naked look while celebrating her 29th birthday in Las Vegas last week. In a video shared on social media, the couple could be seen walking together through the lobby of a hotel in Sin City.

While Kanye covered up in an all-grey look, including a long-sleeve top, trousers and shoes, Bianca opted for another risky outfit as the Aussie model donned a micro bikini top that barely covered her breasts. She paired the tiny string top with a white sarong skirt but was called "nasty" after people noticed she wasn't wearing any shoes.

The video, which was posted on the Instagram account No Jumper, had fans reeling. "Barefoot on a Las Vegas casino floor is crazy," one person commented.

A second said: "Them floors dirty asf." A third wrote: "That looks horrible. And how unsanitary."

Another added: "They so nasty half dressed no shoes." Meanwhile, one person even suggested: "What in the world, they need to go live in a cave, she walking around barefoot and no clothes."

It's not the first time Bianca's revealing outfits have caused controversy. Earlier this month her Instagram followers questioned whether she has "any pride" after they accused her of being Kanye's "slave and exhibitionist" after she posted a nearly nude snap of herself in nothing but a black thong, fur bra and stockings.

Back in December some people even called for her to be arrested after she was slammed for being "disrespectful" by wearing a mini dress that clung to her curves and left her underwear on show while on a trip in the Middle East. Kanye has allegedly given Bianca a list of "rules" to follow when it comes to her clothing, including declaring she wears "no pants this year".

But their recent outing in Las Vegas had fans furious as they claimed it appeared he was parading her in the obscene outfits as a sort of "humiliation ritual".

"Humiliation ritual for his wife I see," one said.
