A man with a ‘ginormous lump’ on his hip has compared it to a ‘saggy boob’, after being left with the lipoma following a weight loss.


In a preview for upcoming TLC programme Dr Pimple Popper, a patient prepares to visit Dr Sandra Lee to ask for help.


The dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon helps patients across America, from problems like a nose ‘the size of a plum’, or 400 tumours across a person’s body.


A recent episode saw a patient with a mass behind her armpit, which she compared to a ‘third boob’ and even went to a wizard for help.


And now in a preview clip for an upcoming episode, another patient has a similar problem.


‘I have a ginormous lump on my left side,’ he explains.


‘It’s almost like a saggy boob.’
