San Diego cop Anthony Hair claimed that he locked himself in the back of his cruiser by accident with a just-arrested woman.

Hair recently resigned, amid an investigation that revealed he was not as innocent as he initially said.

The two-year veteran with the force was one of a few cops who arrested two suspects in a car theft on August 15, 2023. Hair was tasked with taking one of the arrestees, an unidentified woman, to the police headquarters

Minutes into the ride, the woman began talking to Hair and his body camera recorded the conversation.
